Gen speed is so broken

Gens go by so quick ill loop the killer for a minute or two and 2 or 3 gens at least will pop or be almost done.
Ill find someone at the start of the game as killer down them and hook them and 2 or 3 gens will pop or be almost done.
Obviously not every game is like this, but survivor is so op you basically can't lose if you and your team gen rush.
Youre forced to sweat as killer but as survivor you dont even need to worry if 2 or 3 people are on gens.
