What about collecting of serum ?

Will we colect the serum in the event , or it will be in the rift ?

There was a Serum last Halloween? I only started playing since Silent Hill.
Could you tell me about it?

In 2018, there was an event Hallowed Blight, in which survivors and killers had to collect some nectar from the cankers (in the case of the killer on hooks), we received a syringe with serum, after collecting 30 syringes, we could buy a skin in the store (2 skins per event).
But in 2019, everything worsened and when we add archives, we get serum for the passed levels in the rift.
But in this, who knows how are we going to get the serum?
And will we buy skins for it?
