SANTA needs a christmas buff (The Clown buff) !!!!!!!!

I main the clown and have played him a lot, like most people would say you can play well with any killer. Yes you can with playtime and good game sence and i play him decently but in my opinion he needs a buff. Clown has been low tier too long now and needs to peak again cause i wanna play santa / clown good for christmas.
Problem with clown is not the chases its the map controll over all. He need some sort of buff to even him with the survivors.
Buff's i thing that could fit the clown.
Either of the 3:
Gas with "mangled" or "broken".
Hit by the gas makes gen progression slower.
Clown can spawn gas at gens every 1-2 minute.
