Desync error – no bloodpoints

Hi,
My problem started month ago, when first time I don't get bloodpoints after game. From this time it's lottery when I get bloodpoints, when not. I lost almost 3k bloodpoints from that time. Once time this is error 111, another 500 and other time 112 or Just desync error.
I don't know what to do with that. How can I solve this problem? Any ideas?
