Ps4- Huntress stuck in locker

Description of Issue:
During a match the Huntress got stuck in lockers and could only spin in place, swing, and throw Hatchet.
Steps to reproduce:
Unknown, only found her in the locker after the fact.
How often does this occur:
Once again unknown, only seen this once.
Additional notes:
She was able to get out of locker after grabbing a player as they were leaving the locker. A video is included.
