Did they take away pigs trap insta death?
I remember not too long ago if you put a trap on someone they couldn't leave with it on because it would kill them, i stopped playing pig for a bit but after playing her more recently people with traps can just leave? Did this get changed or is there some special way to do it i didn't know?

They activate when a gen finishes. So if all gens are done, whatever traps you still have are useless. As far as I know, as long as it's been activated (was already on someone when a gen finished) the gates should kill them upon escape...
BUT for some awful reason the hatch is still available to escape even with an active trap.
This is my understanding. Hopefully if I'm mistaken someone will clarify.

No that's true, you can still escape through the hatch with an active trap. I think that should change because I personally don't see a reason why you can escape one way but not the other.

I entirely agree. At least if the exit gates were powered through the generators getting done. If it's due to only 1 Survivor left and there's still gens then it's not too bad because they're probably new.
But when all gens are done and 1 person stays behind with a trap just to hatch escape that shouldn't be ok.
