Suggestions for the least used perks

Hope
Each time a generator is completed, you gain a 4% Haste Status Effect for 15 seconds.
As soon as the Exit Gates are powered, you gain a 5/6/7% Haste Status Effect for 120 seconds.

Left behind
You'll get the job done... No matter the cost. For each dead or sacrificed survivor, gain a 8/9/10% bonus to repair speed.

No one left behind
It is inconceivable to leave someone behind. Once the Exit Gates are powered, gain 50/75/100% more Bloodpoints for actions in the Altruism Category and perform them 25% quicker. Once the Exit Gates are powered, you can see the auras of survivors that are being chased by the killer.

Technician
The noises caused by your repairs and their hearing distance are reduced by 8 meters. After failing a repair skill check, the killer can hear the notification only at a distance of 32/24/16 meters. When failing a repair skill check or hitting a good ruin skill check, the progression is no longer stopped for 3 seconds. You still suffer from the regression penalty.

Wake up
Unlocks potential in one's Aura reading ability. Once all Generators are powered, Exit Gates are revealed to you within 48/64/∞ meters. While opening the Exit Gates, you reveal your Aura to other Survivors within 48/64/∞ meters.
While Wake Up! is active, you open the Exit Gates 15/20/25% faster.


Beast of Prey
Your lust for a kill is so intense that your connection with the Entity is momentarily lost, making you totally unpredictable. Press the active ability button to cause The Red Stain to disappear for 15/20/25 seconds.
Beast of Prey has a cooldown of 90 seconds.

Dying light
You become obsessed with one survivor. The first time you hook your obsession, all other survivors get a 19/22/25% penalty to repair, healing and sabotage speed for 60 seconds.

Insidious
Unlocks the stealth ability. By standing still for 2 seconds, you hide your Red Stain and reduce your Terror Radius to 0 meters for 6/8/10 seconds or until you attack or use your power.

Monstrous Shrine
Survivors hooked in the basement suffer from the Broken Status Effect for 40/50/60 seconds.

Play with your food
You become obsessed with one survivor. For each 15 seconds in a chase with your obsession, you gain a Token, up to a maximum of 3 Tokens. Each Token increases your movement speed by 3/4/5%. Each time you down a survivor, you lose 1 Token.

Spies from the shadows
The Crows found in the world can communicate directly with you. The auras of crows are revealed to you within 28/32/36 meters.

Surveillance
When you damage a generator, its aura is revealed to you in white for 20 seconds. When a survivor starts repairing the generator, the survivor's aura is revealed to you for 3 seconds. Increases the regression speed by 5/10/15%.

    i love all of the survivor ones, insidious would become less used and spies would still be never used. other than that its a great post full of great ideas

    I'd like to see spies from the shadows; same function as now along with a murder of crows follow for a short period after( idle survivor effect)

    Nothing to long and still only a chance to prompt, but enough that crows are something to be causous off when the perk gets used

    For surveillance it may need a little more time 4second aura (same as BBQ) and maybe 20 seconds would be okay idk... love the regress effect as well

    15 second gates? Yikes.

    I mean this would switch up the perks even more, which I'm all for.

    Pretty good recommendations. Many of them still wouldn't be used though. Left Behind still suffers from the fact that it is only useful if team mates are dead. Generally speaking, proactive perks that stop team mates from dying in the first place are always going to be better. But I would say that it is fair.

    I like what you did with Hope, but I would take it a step further. The problem with Hope is that it competes with Adrenaline. I like where you went with giving it a bonus when a generator is completed, but what I think should be done is make it a direct counter to the killer perk Bitter Murmur. I would like to see it look like this:

    Hope

    As soon as the Exit Gates are powered, you gain a 5/6/7% Haste Status Effect and the killer can't see your aura for 120 seconds.

    Your suggestion for Beast of Prey can't work the way you describe. What happens when the killer have 2 abilities that use the same button? If I'm playing as the clown and I'm chasing a player, if I activate the ability button do I reload my bottles or lose the red stain? I think it should do the following:

    For Dying Light, I assume that text is in addition to it's current text? Because otherwise it would be utter trash. Insidious is a direct nerf. What is the point of a time limit? The idea is to bait survivors. 10 seconds is pointless. I like your suggestion for Monstrous Shrine. Spies from the shadows is a pretty terrible idea. Can you imagine trying to look for your hex totem with all the crows auras showing up? Surveillance isn't awful, but I would prefer to see it look like this:

    That would turn one generator into a spy camera for you. Your suggestion for Play With Your Food is interesting. But it does seem a little concerning too. So if I have one extended chase with my obsession, I can down the obsession, hook her, and then still have a 10% movement boost until I down another survivor? Can you imagine running sloppy butcher and nurse's calling with that? You don't need to down the survivors. Just hit them all and keep them from working generators while breaking all the pallets in a region while the obsession dies on the hook. Once the pallets are destroyed and you have control of the generators just finish the remaining 3 at your leisure. There are a lot of ways to break this ability. 10-15% movement speed bonus is massive.
