Game freeze, kicked and banned ......again!

Game froze , was kicked out to (hit spacebar to enter screen)
Loaded back into to lobby where there was an (unknown error) message and a 5 minute ban
I was playing on Ormond as Dwight versus Nurse, she was chasing me and not blinking very much( i would guess maybe console player) i went in to the main building when the game froze up and i was kicked, nurse was close buy not close enough to hit me. Another Survivor was doing the main building gen while this was happening
This is the 2nd time i have been kicked and banned because the game froze (last time was about a week or so ago, i left a report)
