Calm spirit doesn't stop you from screaming from a failed healing skill check.

Not sure if it's a bug, but the perks description says: "Calm spirit allows you to overcome the urge to scream."

I mean how are you able to not scream when you get hit by a weapon but still scream because you touched your self wrong?
