Killers have way faster Recovery Time from Hits on Objects than missed Hits (intentional?)

Hello,

Platform: PC, Steam

Description of the issue: When a Killer misses his Lunge, they have a Recovery Time. This Recovery Time is way shorter when they miss their Lunge and hit an Object instead. So if they want to hit a vaulting Survivor or a Survivor in general and they hit a Window or a set of Tires instead, they recover much faster than if they hit nothing.

Steps to reproduce: Go into a chase and try hitting Survivors by wiffing in the air and hitting Objects when missing a Lunge.

How often does this occur: All the time, from what I have seen.

Is this intentional? I could imagine it being intentional because of Aim Dressing (as compensation when it screwes up), but there are also situations where the Killer simply did a mistake. e.g. when they want to hit a vaulting Survivor and they only hit the Window, they would get a much shorter Recovery Time from the Miss.
