I bought Myers recently and was dissapointed to find out that Evil Within 3 has a limited number of uses. Why not make it to where it can be activated an infinite amount of times as long as you are running no perks or addons? 

As long as it takes 25% longer to fill the meter then it seems fair to me. 

And to all you Myers mains out there that will inevitably disagree and begin a crusade against me...

    There's a good reason his power can only be used a certain number of times - it'd be too broken otherwise.

    Perhaps, just a shame he doesn’t feel quite as fun to play without it. I’m sure that will
    change once I get my perks in order.

    It does stink a litttle, but geting good perks on him will help, ALOT

    There's usually not enough time anyway to fully stalk all survivors because generators will be done in that time.

    You basically NEED to make use of the times you get it. Wasting it without downing someone is extremely detrimental overall.
