Played on Steam on Windows 10, after the patch Mid Chapter 17, I cant struggle on hook.

Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survivor in a public match
Step 3 : in public match, on the hook after the 2nd phase, I can't struggle and was sacrificed.
Step 4 : In another public match, noticed a player was sacrificed on hook on the 2nd time.
Step 5 ; I was hooked for the 2nd time, I can't struggle and was sacrificed.
Please fix this.
