Haddonfield broken

I was playing with my friend on PC and we found a game of haddonfield vs a nurse, before the game even started my friend was falling trough a window and eventually i saw the map was broken aswell, you could even get outside of the walls and walk off the map, doing that resulted in me respawning on the street, is this a bug or was the nurse cheating? It affected all other survivors and the nurse aswell and i've never seen this before.
Video is in a rar file as i couldn't convert it to a gif, i also still have the whole game on my pc but it would've been too big of a file
