Visual bug on reports?

During the end game screen I have games where the killer plays like a jerk through methods of teasing aka greifing and one of my survivor teammates has disconnected from the game, so I report the killer and the symbol shows up that I have reported them, I then go to report the survivor for disconnecting and the symbol does not appear after the report and I can still report them. Seems like a small oversight that the game says you need to report the survivors first or not at all.
