Description of the issue: I just played a match using Spies From The Shadows, and twice I got notifications on what seemed to be directly at a hooked survivor. It made me think that another survivor was going for the rescue, but I couldn't find anyone. So it makes me think it was the hooked survivor giving notification.
Steps to reproduce (if possible): Use Spies From The Shadows, and see if it goes off near a hooked survivor when no one else is nearby.
How often does this occur: First time for me.
