How i would look at OoO statistics and why i think it should be changed also blinds

I would look at OoO being more used in SWF instead of just in general and specifically for certain killers like trapper because someone like billy or blight could make OoO a detriment.
So i think it should be change since it can become way more powerful especially in SWF. What i dont want is things like blindness to be buffed i think that entire mechanic shouldn't really exist tbh. Blindness basically does not affect SWF, unless it OoO, at all but its a massive massive detriment for Soloqueue(because soloqueue relies on aura reading to be any good) and we dont want to make that gap larger.
