Unreacheable totem -- Coal Tower

I got BHVRed in my first game of the day -- there was a totem on a Coal Tower and it was impossible to reach it. At the end of the game we were destroyed by noed on that totem.
There is no M1 option to cleanse it, as you can see.
As to reproducing it -- if the shack is bottom right, then closed door in Coal Tower is on it's left side and it's exactly where the totem is (you can't see the door, but it's right behind this totem and in front of me).

Had the same thing happen and looks like the same exact place. The killer had undying and it moved ruin there which was impossible to cleanse.
