Fractured Cowshed Totem Impossible to Cleanse

I just finished playing against a Huntress on Cowshed who was running ruin and lullaby. We were able to get ruin, but could literally not cleanse lullaby. The totem was next to the combine spawn closet to the cowshed, in the gap next to the window vault. I tried, a buddy I was playing with tried and a random tried. We couldn't get next to it. I even vaulted the window and there was an invisible wall that made me slide off of it. How did this even become a thing?
