Hatch not in same place for everyone in the Match

Just had an infuriating match where a survivor opened the hatch jumped trough and when I tried I wasnt getting the prompt, I did get it on my way there and then it dissapeared instantly and killer slammed his foot not at the hatch but a meter away from the hatch and it got closed...
It seems my prompt to jump in was where the killers was and where the killer saw the hatch but my visual was where the other survivor saw AND interacted with it...
After so many camper matches in a row, 4 AFK wraith matches in a row(different people) and lost offerings and bloodpoints it's really making me want to quit playing altogether.... game is losing it's fun perspective it's just an endless grind...
