Timer ban

This timer ban needs removed I've found so many toxic killers recently since it's been back hook camp and tunnel no point playing toxic killers but then if survivors leave they get timer banned and killers get quitter bonus makes sense

Another problem that i have just been hit with is getting banned because my game crashed as soon as the match started and had to wait for my ban to lift to play again just cause of a game crash
