I'm really unsatisfied with bloodhound, proposed rework

it should have been THE bleed perk, so I suggest these changes:

  • remove the hemorrhage on hit from sloppy butcher and give it to bloodhound
  • make the hemorrhage last 70/80/90 seconds (not removed on heal)
  • the survivor will bleed even when healthy
  • keep the bright blood, but remove the longer blood pool duration.

this would make it a great tracking perk that is applied after getting a hit, what do you think about that?

*edit: maybe lower the bleed to 40/50/60 seconds?
