banned for game crash

i think the ban penalty needs to be turned off again and tweeked some more cause i just got hit with the time out ban after my game crashed 2 seconds after a match starting. There should be a system in place to monitor these kind of instances to prevent these kind of bans that is completely out of the players control and if there is a system in place than it might need to be looked into and see if its working properly.
