Serum/Halloween event
Instead of serum being add ons there should be a number (5-15) of pustula plants randomly spawned on every map. Only a couple (1-2) of the plants would start out as active (able to be interacted with/harvested), while the other pustulas start as drained. A survivor can harvest 1 serum from an active pustula that they can then use whenever by double tapping sprint for a few second speed boost while leaving a trail (doing what it does now). A killer could interact with an active pustula same as breaking a gen/pallet/wall and it would (same as it does now) replace the killer’s power for 1 rush. After some period of time 1 of the drained pustula plants would be chosen at random to refill (much like the add on for the trapper that randomly sets a trap after a set amount of time). This would allow players to use serum when they want while being a much more exciting event for Halloween, and could make for more interesting event related challenges in the tome. (Running a certain distance/amount of time with the serum speed boost. Or getting a certain amount of serum in a match.)

The only things that would need to be decided is A: if both survivors and killers can only carry a max of 1 serum at a time (I think yes). B: if there would be a penalty to using the serums (screen could get more orange every time you used it making it harder to see with each use, and/or you start to drip orange glowing serum more and more with each use making you more visible) and C: if the pustulas would spawn in like I mentioned or if they didn’t refill instead just 1 active pustula would spawn in a random location every few minutes so by the end of a long match the map would be littered with active and drained plants. (I think this would be cool. It could be frustrating to have to run around everything but on the flip side it would make great variability from one match to the next. I could see it being a problem if in a chase one spawned right in your way but on the flip side to that it would be awesome if one spawned behind you but in front of the killer in a chase. It would also make some sense lore wise since the serum gives the blight his power and more pustulas = more serum, meaning more things for the blight to bounce off of).
