Solo Queue is a Nightmare

I'm on hook, two survivors down, and the fourth.....cleansing a totem. I went from first phase to struggle phase to death all during that. No wonder people suicide on hook it's because of awful teammates. I feel like this has been said before. But this needs a solution, how do you fix solo queue?
