Coal Tower Untouchable Totem

I was playing survivor (Nea) on Macmillan Estate Coal Tower when I found a hex totem in one of the wooden wheels next to the main building. I was unable to touch the totem at all to destroy it (Healed OR Injured) until another injured survivor came along. The other survivor stood next to me so I could heal, but after I healed them I was suddenly able to break the totem, until I moved out of the position to once again be unable to touch the totem at all. It seemed healing the survivor pushed me into the intended spot where you could touch the totem, which was not accessible unintentionally.
