[Corrupt Intervention] Delayed activation of the perk on blighted generator

Playing on PC on Coldwind Farms. Another survivor and I spawned together in the killer shack which had a blighted gen. We both immediately hopped on the generator and started repairs. About 2 seconds later, corrupt intervention popped and blocked off the generator from us. Got bloodpoints for repairs even as it 100% let me start the gen, and then it blocked it. When I came back to the gen later, it had that 1% progress still.
Only occurred one game, not sure if it was a delay (laggy killer spawning in) or something with the blighted gen not immediately being blocked.
