Speed Down of Holding the Hillbilly's Chainsaw【4.0m/s ⇒ 3.68m/s ?】

↑Verification video.
The speed of holding the Hillbilly's chainsaw was the same speed as a running survivor(4.0 m/s) before, but the speed of holding the billy's chainsaw is down(3.68 m/s?).
As far as I watch the above video,the billy's speed is slower than survivor's speed.
When is this change happening?If This speed down is bug,Please fix...
