Unpopular perks, and how to change them?

It's very brief, quick and to the point. I do not wish for negativity just honesty, but please share what you believe are some of the "less popular" perks in Dead by Daylight and if you can, offer an idea or suggestion of how you would buff or rework it?

A few examples being Monstrous Shrine and Up the Ante.

    I wonder would Fire Up be better if it started at 35% and decreased by 7% every gen that's popped.

    I'm not sure Up the Ante needs a change as much as Luck itself just needs to do more.

    I heard someone suggest once that running Monstrous Shrine would automatically spawn a second basement on maps that have two basement spawn locations in addition to its current effects. It feels like more of an offering-style effect than a perk-style effect, but it would be cool!

    There are a number of other ways you could buff it that fit the spirit of the perk. For example, you could make all survivors within X meters of the basement suffer from the Hindered effect. In addition to making saves more risky, it might even have some utility for shutting down strong loops in the shack or feature building, thereby generating more basement hooks.

    Or we could just say Fired Up. Your Fired Up to kill survivors at the beginning of the game 😉

    all huntress's and demo's perks need another look:

    HINTRESS'S PERKS

    BEAST OF PREY

    i would like to see beast of prey significantly buff bloodlust maybe a bigger speed increase with undetable or maybe link the tiers of blood lust to strong effects like those of devour hope. only for the one survivor being chased of course and goes away the second chase is lost, pallet stun or get a hit

    TERRITORIAL IMPERATIVE

    delete the cooldowns and range limiter stuff

    HEX: HUNTRESS LULLABY

    if they want it to stay a hex: do away with the token system and have it keep the 5 token effect from the start of the match until destroyed

    if they want to keep the current mechanics just make it not a hex perk. the wind up is the same as devour hope and effect is so much much worse.

    DEMO'S PERKS

    SURGE

    this is his best perk and its still not very good pop is better based on the simple fact that it doesnt have a cooldown delete the cooldown and if need be maybe adjust its numbers other numbers accordingly. maybe 5% regression instead?

    MINDBREAKER

    this might be better if it caused blindness instead of exhaustion so instead of being a sprint burst counter it could make teams as uncooridinated as possible.

    CRUEL LIMITS

    this one would either need a massive buff or a complete rework to be usable. for a buff it would need to affect pallets too and have something along the lines of double the radius and time or 1.5 times more of each

    change the base game to not have slowdown perks be killer meta and not have exhaustion perks/second chance perks be survivor meta. Only then should perks like these be reviewed imo.

    Now that is a damn good idea, converting a late game perk into an early game perk. It would fit better for Freddy, and possibly become a niche perk with value for all other killers. I can see this synergizing well with the likes of Ruin, Corrupt intervention, Tinkerer and Pop goes the Weasel.

    This is pretty good, I actually dig this a lot!

    There are a lot of interesting perks in the game already and they would be used more if the meta would change.
