We're Gonna Live Forever should give tokens for safe unhooks

Since there is the new safe unhook mechanic I think it's time to make this perk require to do safe unhooks to get tokens to reduce the farming that the perk induces in some people.

    i bring borrowed time when using WGLF soooo it will still work
