PS4 Losing Pips When Killer D/C’s

I load up into a match then a couple seconds in it goes to the loading screen and says you have been disconnected from host. It shows that the killer disconnected whilst I ‘escaped’ with 5000 blood points, get to keep my item yet lose a pip every time which is making it impossible to progress.

    I have been having the same issues since the last update with the new map graphics. I keep getting 'you have been disconnected from the host'. Even though my internet is completely fine. I've been playing for almost 2 years and no issues until this update. I also keep getting multiple penalties as well even though it shows the killer with the disconnect icon or another survivor doing it. This game is just impossible to play right now until whatever the issue is gets fixed.
