was scrolling through steam and saw a way to to turn of v-sync for better frames? more below

" its been a thing since the game launched but wanted to make sure i dont get banned for unlocking fps after spending the last few months buying most of the killers and grinding the rift. the reason im asking instead of going ahead and doing it is because i read about people getting banned for doing custom icons and then saying they won't unban. my main reason for wanting it more fps because around the SH release my fps could run the game on ultra max rex with a stable 60fps but ever since then its been barely able to keep 60 and drops to 20-30 on highw/max. the snow map is a death sentence. that and the pc was 2 months old at that time
