He can slow down survivors, he can teleport. His speed should be reduced, at least slightly to 4.4 m/s.

I agree Freddy needs some changes, but making a basic m1 Killer into a 4.4 m/s Killer is a bit too much.

Freddy dont need to be touch he's a master of none. Dont forget freddy addon are not great if we compare him to orher top tier killer
