Lost Pip When Leaving Lobby

Hello,
I am currently trying to find a game on Switch with crossplay not activated. This takes a long time and I am fine with that. I left a lobby with one (1) survivor in it as it was clear we were not going to be getting three friends anytime soon. I lost a pip for this.
