Petrified Oak Bug

I play on PC, and it seems to be a issue with the petrified oak offering. I had 2 games in a row with just one of these offerings used, and it seemed to cause less hooks to spawn than usual, specially with just one of this burnt. The maps I played on were the Fractured Cowshed and the Groaning Storehouse, and looking at the wiki on the number of hooks in each one, it seems that the offering caused the minimal amount of hooks to spawn.
