Cannot pick up survivor next to locker

Downed a survivor next to a locker as someone was exiting it (I think they were trying to stun me?). I then did not have the option to pick up the survivor at all. I could either search the locker or use my Rush ability (was playing as Blight). It didn't matter what angle or distance I approached from, there was no way to pick the player up. I think another survivor wanted to come and heal the downed player, but I believe was also unable to because she accidentally entered the locker in front of me. You can see her head stuck in the locker (pretty sure that's not normal).
