Soul Guard lets you pick yourself up even if Retribution has already been cleansed

PC. So... what the title says. There's this specific bug where, if you're running Soul Guard and the killer is running Retribution, you can pick yourself up from the ground even if Retribution has already been cleansed (which shouldn't happen since, allegedly, you're only able to pick yourself up as long as you're cursed).
As far as I've tested, this only happens when the killer is running Hex:Retribution, it does not happen with other hex perks (although I haven't tested them all).
