PC - Long skirt/Dress bugs (animation is broken)

In the match or store or selection of clothing for the character, you can see bugs/broken animation of long skirts for the characters. The animation also "breaks" when walking, running, squatting and e.t.. Before the update 4.2.0. animation was not broken (no bugs for long skirt). The following long skirts were tested on characters such as Meg, Claudette (3 long skirts), Min and Kate.
