Any tips for improving my Wraith?

I'm new to this forum and fairly new to the killer side of the game. I'm a green rank Feng Min main so I would say I'm a decent survivor. For killer, I decided to pick up Wraith and he is very fun to play but not very competitive. My current build consists of Bitter Murmur, Corrupt Intervention, Whispers, and NOED. Please reply to this post with any suggestions on perks, add-ons/add-on combos, and general gameplay tips for getting better with Wraith. Also, suggestion for other killers to try/buy that fit a similar playstyle to Wraith. I am thinking between Freddy and Ghostface right now but any other suggestions are welcome.
