How to fix the problem with lockers

If Victor is in front of a locker and the survivor leaves the locker have Victor immediately latch on or down the survivor.

Let's say that the survivor is legitimately hiding in a locker and victor just happens to get parked in front of their locker, they could still have another survivor come over to kick Victor to help escape.
