I lost my teachable perk

So, I leveled meg up to get all her perks on my various survivors. Once I loaded into the PTB and went to play as Nea (I had self care 1 on her) and noticed it wasn't in my perk list for her. All my other teachables were there, but not Self Care. This is rather annoying and should be fixed.
