The twins (Victor) needs a red stain
Victor being a killer, doesn’t have a red stain. He definitely should have one like every other killer does. The maps aren’t done very well including the mist, at times it is hard to keep looking back and trying to get out of his sights all while losing track of him in the corn field and everywhere else with tall grass and stuff.

I don't think he needs one, since you can hear him from really far away that he's coming, also he can't instantly m1 you, because he can't, he needs to charge up his pounce, which gives you enough time to react.

He is loud enough to get tracked and the pounce is also not that hard to counterplay. Stealth is actually his biggest and only strength so to me he seems alright. Depends on what they change about survivors being relatively immune in lockers and around tiny loops, but first of all Victor needs a buff
