PS5 Killer Bug while chasing Survivors

I've been playing DBD on PS5 transferred from my PS4pro and it runs like butter until you run into a survivor, there's a glitch or a bug where the survivors start moving from point to point glitching and you cant actively chase them due to what seems like the game losing and trying to keep up with their movement in game. Not sure if its because of Cross play with other systems at a different frame rate or if its just an in game glitch but its ruining the Killer experience in game and is almost unplayable as killer because of the issue.
