I bought aura cells and didn't receive

I bought aura cells last Friday. today is already Monday and I still haven't received it in my account.
Playstation sent me an email confirming the purchase. the amount was discounted from the card.
note: my game is physical. when I bought the cells it was through the Playstation app on the iPhone
