Addressing Hit Detection and Latency

It's probably been mentioned a thousand times, maybe more but here we go again.

I haven't heard any news about it for a long time, it's one of the most prevalent issues for me that plagues the game either side. I can see it getting worse with Victor, time and time again during the beta getting leapt on despite clearly avoiding him or being hit from at least arm lengths away. I personally find it off-putting as a Killer when I get cheap hits, if they 360'd me or leapt that window with a nice gap, they deserve that dodge. Most Killers don't mind it because Survivors grind their gears aplenty and what better than to get a hit lol

There are far more extreme examples, there's loads of media and complaints about it out there. Is this still being looked at?
