Buffing the Demogorgon.
As a Demogorgon main, I think he needs some help to be stronger as although he is underestimated, he still struggles against optimal and efficient survivors, especially in certain situations and maps. Here are some changes to help eliminate that:
-At the beginning of the trial, the Demogorgon's portals appear randomly on the map; fixed like the Plague's portals apart from one another. Survivors can always see these portals; and no longer give the Demogorgon a notification by standing near one. Portals can be cleansed, but will return after 40 seconds automatically, giving a notification to the Demogorgon when destroyed. The Demogorgon can remove these portals by interacting with them and can place them anywhere else on the map.
-Survivors will now only hear a audio notification of the Demogorgon teleporting if they are within 16 metres of the exit portal.
-Shred, now has more control and turn ability. In similar fashion to the Oni, the Demogorgon can flick his Shred, making roundabout loops more dangerous and not a zone where the Demogorgon has no chasing power.
-Demogorgon's add ons are actually fun and impactful.

I heard a suggestion a while back that said something to the effect of letting the Portals corrupt the environment around them. The Upside-Down seeps out of the Portal and slowly takes an expanding hold over the surrounding area, up to a maximum of, say, 20 meters.
This provides incentive for the Survivors to spend time cleansing Portals AND it gives the Portals status effects a real purpose.
I also kinda want to see Demogorgon function a little bit like old Freddy did. He can drag Survivors into the Upside-Down, where they'll be afflicted with certain status effects as an incentive to escape. Demo can freely travel between these two dimensions by using his Portals. Survivors can escape by using a permanent Portal in a random location around the map (like Freddy's clocks) or they can use one of the Demogorgon's Portals.

I onced have an idea for Demo that he can change mode to running in 4 limbs that work exactly like Blight. Except it doesnt bounce 5 times (before Blight was a thing)
