Remove BP cap on console

If blood points were an issue on PC Then at least let it be removed on console. It’s really frustrating not being able to save them to fully PT someone

As you mentioned the cap is left over from hacker days, but is being kept in so no one can max out a new character in like 20 minutes. Gotta maintain that grind!
And removing the cap for certain platforms but not all seems very unfair to me as well.
