Freddy with a combination of addons and perks fully aimed at slowing down game progression.
The most notorious addon combo is red paint brush+swing chains. Perk-wise it can be a combination of ruin+undying or tremors+pop, thana, sloppy, dying light and so on.

Freddy stacking as much action penalty addons and perks as possible. Tphobia, dying light, swing chains, jump rope. Forever Freddy want to make the game as slow as possible
