Weird things appearing in Deathslinger's FOV

So when I'm playing Deathslinger sometimes I see weird things appearing in my FOV. It usually happens when moving while looking up.
I am using the "Killjoy" weapon if it matters. Graphics settings is Low, Resolution 100%(lol).
Platform is Steam.
