Turn bloodlust mechanic into a perk instead of removing it

If you plan to remove built-in bloodlust in the future i think it would be a great idea to just make bloodlust mechanic an integral part of beast of prey perk.
No beast of prey perk = no bloodlust
So if a killer want it's bloodlust mechanic back he would need to use a perk slot for it

yes turn it into a bloodlust perk only and remove the extra

turn bloodlust 2-3 into a perk, bloodlust 1 is essential for good survivors / bad map design band-aids
