Survivor Hooked Herself?

While I was playing a match, the sound notification played and the bottom UI suddenly showed a survivor as being hooked.
Platform: PS4
This is the first time I've seen it happen. (I have a full video of the match if needed.)

Probably a script kiddie changing their status, or maybe you're just that good. I'm just gonna chalk this up to you having a better gaming chair than them.
